Resident Doctor – Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) | Full-Time | London

The Role
As a Resident Doctor in PICU, you will:
✅ Deliver high-quality intensive care to critically ill children, from infancy to 18 years.
✅ Work within a 9-bed PICU and 5-bed HDU, managing high-acuity patients.
✅ Support complex medical and post-surgical cases, including neurology, orthopaedics, urology, spinal, and congenital cardiac conditions.
✅ Be part of the Paediatric Emergency Response Team, handling critical interventions such as airway management, intubation, and chest drains.
✅ Collaborate with expert consultant teams to provide outstanding patient care.
✅ Engage in clinical governance, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
🔹 GMC registration and completion of Foundation Training.
🔹 Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience in Paediatrics, including PICU exposure.
🔹 ALS certification and competency in managing complex paediatric ICU cases.
🔹 A passion for excellence in patient care and working within a multidisciplinary team.
