• Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare assistants.

• Deliver specialist care and create tailored care plans.

• Supervise, mentor, and support junior staff.

• Drive quality improvements and service development.

• Collaborate with the Ward Manager to ensure continuity of care.

What We’re Looking For:

• NMC Registered Nurse

• Experience in Oncology

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Up-to-date knowledge of administration
